Event producers & artists

Your events bring WPF to life.

Wellington Pride Festival is all about showcasing the incredible rainbow people, art, groups, clubs, and initiatives in our city.

Previous Festivals have featured 80+ events during the two-week Pride celebration. These events could be:

  • performances, music, and art shows

  • workshops & interactive events

  • history & cultural events

  • meet-ups and social gatherings

  • open club days & sports

  • special Pride-centric versions of your events

Great for: performers, artists, musicians, event producers, artists, promoters, clubs, groups and nearly anyone.

All event producers & artists must abide by WPF’s Diversity & Inclusion policy.

We will finalise our programme in late January 2025, so make sure you apply and get all your info to us by then.

Don’t hesitate to send us an email to discuss your event: events@wellingtonpride.com.

Performing at Out in the City 2025

Keen to be on stage at Out in the City 2025 on 22 March 2025?

Please email us at chair@wellingtonpride.com to express interest.

Tell us a bit about what sort of act you want to bring, along with any links or videos of you performing, and we’ll go from there. We welcome all types of performing arts, with focus on prioritising takatāpui and MVPFAFF+ artists and other minority performers.
