I am a stallholder

Stallholders at Out in the City are: artists, makers, crafters, clubs, groups, initiatives, rainbow organisations or other organisations keen to showcase their rainbow offerings to our attendees.

We can’t wait to see you and your fabulous stalls at Out in the City 2025. We prioritise LGBTQIA+ / MVPFAFF+-led stalls and will have limited space for non-rainbow stalls at our event.

I am a volunteer

Volunteers make the world go round. WPF is run by volunteers but we need a team to help manage our big events.

Be part of Wellington Pride Festival, make new friends, and make some lasting memories.

Volunteers accredited to work with youth are needed for the Youth Ball, as well as volunteers with safety/marshalling training for our outdoor events.

For businesses & organisations:

I would like to sponsor WPF

Wow, you are the best. WPF is entirely volunteer-led and runs on a shoestring budget. We make the best Pride Festival we can, and pūtea really helps.

We welcome sponsorships for key events including Out in the City and our Youth Ball and offer promotional opportunities including shoutouts and signage in line with your sponsorship.

I have a venue/space for WPF

If you own or work with a venue/space which could be used by Wellington Pride Festival, please get in touch — we would love the opportunity to put on events all over the city, including the Hutt, Porirua, and further.

We want to make sure that the events in your space fit your vibe and kaupapa so please include information about what sort of events would work for you.
