• The site is wheelchair accessible, and wide spaces for navigating built into our traffic management plan

• There will be large crowds at this event and it may be loud - we recommend bringing headphones if you are noise-sensitive

• Portaloos are gender neutral.

• There is an accessible portaloo available, as well as other bathrooms in the Wharewaka building.

• We are having this event outside in order to lower the COVID risk, however please feel free to wear masks.
